Dry Rib Rub

Printable RecipeIngredients1 1/2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated orange or lemon zest
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
DirectionsCombine all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Rub on defrosted baby back ribs and let marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator, or overnight.
I keep this in a shaker jar with large holes so it is always handy.
